PHYLISSA LI is a multidisciplinary designer based in the Bay Area. Her work combines a background in visual design with technology and user-centric design thinking, and she has a body of experience in shipping engaging products and compelling visuals that resonate with a global audience. Phylissa currently works at Roblox, where she is responsible for all phases of the design process end-to-end, advises designers and developers throughout the lifecycle of a project, and actively collaborates with cross-functional teams to impact the broader product vision.
Her work for Kim Kardashian’s KIMOJI app (which reached #1 App in both Android and Apple app stores) has been featured in Buzzfeed, People, GQ, VentureBeat, and Refinery29, to name a few. Additionally, she has a design patent for her work in improving messaging clarity and expression.
Phylissa enjoys spending her free time working on her art, reading postmodern literature and internet creepypasta, playing video games, and relishes using the Oxford comma with careless abandon. ❍
